Where can i find a reliable ai that works 24 7 without crash

It seems like every time I really need to finish a project the main AI sites go down or get too slow. It is so frustrating when you are on a deadline. I was looking for a more stable alternative that is always available. I found a way to use ChatGPT online free through a different interface and it has been much more reliable so far. The uptime is great which is all I really care about when I am working late. Do you have a backup plan for when your favorite tools are offline? I am trying to build a more robust workflow.
