How can i reinstall windows 10 on a different ssd in my pc?

I want to completely reinstall Windows 10 on my PC. However, if I use the standard reinstallation tool, it will reinstall on the current drive, which is an old SSD. I have another SSD that already has some programs installed, and I want to use this SSD for the new Windows installation while discarding the old one.

Should I simply remove the old SSD that currently has Windows installed koows echat and boot from a USB, or is there another way to reinstall Windows on the different SSD without reinstalling it on the same drive?
