Should Halifax Police receive a budget increase, given that HRM is contemplating cuts to numerous programs, or is it unnecessary since the current budget should suffice?

Well nothing had been cut at this point, staff were simply requested to provided a list of cuts should council decide to have a smaller increase. I’m betting you will not see too many cuts, since a lot of the councillors vocalized in favour of the full 8% to omegle echat keep services running.
