Tasnim News Agency - Moscow Slams Turkey over Shifting Blame for Refugees' Deaths

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Turkey is accusing Russia of the deaths of Syrian refugees off the Turkish coast as it is unwilling to accept responsibility, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Friday.
