Russia Resumes Radiation Monitoring in Fukushima Area: Researcher

Russian specialists inspecting radiation levels near the Fukushima-1 power plant have resumed work in the Pacific Ocean, the head of Russia's Radium Institute laboratory told RIA Novosti Monday.
