Former Delaware County water district manager charged with embezzlement | News OK

JAY — A former Delaware County water district manager accused of stealing more than $100,000 from a rural water district appeared in court Monday on an embezzlement charge. Jacob Wiese, 32, of Jay, was charged in Delaware County District Court in Jay on Friday.
