Among Latinos, Cruz is not on fire

Florida Senator Marco Rubio is Cuban American, as is Texas Senator Ted Cruz. Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush is married to a Mexican and he is fluent in Spanish. It is in many ways a race with resonance for Latinos who share a culture that has thus far been absent in the White House.
