Providence, RI Paolino Properties, a leader in real estate investment, development, and management services, has closed on the acquisition of a historic city landmark, the city’s Fletcher Building. Built in 1868, the 25,000 s/f restored brownstone property was acquired from local developer Harold Schein for $2.8 million.
