The World Today - Government cuts deal with crossbench, allowing importation of controversial shotgun 13/08/2015

The Federal Government has agreed to allow the possible importation of a controversial shotgun, in exchange for the support of a cross-bench senator on migration laws. The Government temporarily banned the Adler lever-action shotgun, while it reviews firearms laws. But it's now agreed to introduce a sunset clause, so the guns can be imported in a year's time.
